Refund Policy

• FULL REFUND! Refunds requested in writing (email accepted) to TCKC's Registration Coordinator within seven days from the date on the registration form.
• REFUND OF CLASS FEE LESS $10 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE ... Refunds requested in writing (e-mail accepted) by 6:00 p.m. on the Friday before the session begins. After that date and time no refund will be issued.
• No class credit will be issued for future class sessions or for any class nights missed.
• A club member who pays with a voucher may receive a refund voucher if a withdrawal from class is requested in writing (e-mail accepted) prior to Online Registration for that session.
